THIS IS YOUR PATH TO ENLIGHTENED SHADOW WORK
If you've completed your Initial Shadow Meeting, you're in the right place! If not, head back to the 1:1 Shadow Coaching page for more info!

If you're ready to take you first step on the path to enlightened shadow work, choose below your one-time or monthly payment option. Once you do, I'll send you your first audio lesson and prompt you to book your first of eight Depth Sessions, which should be two weeks from now. In other words, give yourself a sold week to listen to the audio lesson and do your homework. Homework must be turned in no latter than 48 hours before the first Depth Session, so please do not dilly dally, tempting though it may be.

You're taking your first step toward becoming fluent in the language of shadow and I'm so happy to be your translator and guide along the way. By the end of the next eight sessions, you should feel confidently fluent in your understanding and communication with your shadows.

THE PROCESS - IN CASE YOU FORGOT
  • One 30 minute Initial Shadow Meeting - you completed this, yay!
    • This is about you spilling the beans: what's going on, what needs to change, where do you feel like the shadow is tripping you up?​ That gets us primed for...

  • The Darkness Whisperer Coaching Package - $1500 or monthly payments of $375/mo for 4 months
    • This is where I teach you my method for communicating expertly with the shadow!
      • 4 Audio Teachings
        • one audio teaching right after the initial meeting that provides the context for all the work we are going to do, plus homework to prep you for your first 1:1 Depth Session
        • three more audio teachings to provide insight, examples, and more structure to the work you'll be doing on your own and absolutely maximize your time with me 1:1 (where I'll be helping personally troubleshoot what might be tripping you up).
      • Eight 1:1 hour long Depth Sessions 
        • this is optimized for best results - because I don't have to provide context during our 1:1 time (that's what the audio teachings are for), this time is just for your personal attention - whatever you're stuck on and most need from me to help you utilize the tools you've already been given.
        • this is the time to ask the really tough questions, allow me to provide reflection and witnessing, and reveal areas where you might still be hiding or lying to yourself.
      • A 30 minute Closing Ceremony
        • this is where we celebrate your wins and make sure you feel prepared for the solo journey ahead.

  • After we have worked together through a package once, one-off hour long sessions are unlocked at $200/session
    • this is a great way to get another set of eyes on your work and help you break through any walls that might be causing you trouble as you walk your solo path.
