Shadow work should be effective and it should get results. We aren't here to spend our time excavating every nook and cranny of your subconscious. We're here to see bigger patterns of behavior, where they're coming from, and do the work that needs to be done to integrate, transform, or dismiss.
This work may not be easy, but it doesn't need to be complicated.
If you're ready, book an initial shadow meeting.
This is SHADOW WORK that WORKS.
"Knowing your own darkness is the best method
for dealing with the darknesses of other people.”
- Carl Jung
If you're seeking enlightenment, shadow work is an exceptional point of entry into deeper spiritual understanding. What Carl Jung started with his explanation of the shadow was just the beginning and the work needs to evolve for our times, our knowledge of larger truths, and the needs of the modern day seeker.
It's not enough to just "integrate" the stories of our conditioning, we need to root it out at its source and plant the native garden of objective understanding through larger spiritual truths.
And this is where I come in.
Blending various mesoteric-level traditions, we forego much of the classic tactics of psychology-based shadow work and instead work with the illusion of separation, the understanding of the false self, and an emphasis on the unconditional acceptance of what is.
This is a spiritual practice that requires radical self-honesty, a willingness to own your part, and an open mind to the possibility that you might not know as much as you thought. This is a way to move into deeper spiritual understanding that frees you in ways dualistic practices never could. This isn't complicated work, but it does require our humble and honest devotion.
